Phase I
Review of historic data and potential contaminant risk as per CSA Z768-01
Phase II
Perform site sampling, testing, and evaluation of potential type of pollutant.
Phase III
Evaluate extent and volume of potentially contaminated material
Site Decontamination
Soil decontamination is carried out by either in-situ or by exporting contaminated material outside the site. Continuous supervision and control is carried out in accordance with MELCC criteria.
Soil Management
Soil management is carried out in accordance with environmental guidelines for Quebec by the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques - MELCC and the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) in Ontario.
Hazardous Material removal
Careful and meticulous removal of hazardous materials such as Asbestos , Vermiculite, Mold, etc. and their safe disposal as per regulations and safety measures.
